M.J Dukiya was built by two people who understood the value of property long before they had a system to act on it. Margaret came into this to create long term stability for her family and to build something that outlasts her. Jermaine came in with a different lens. A background in high pressure creative work built his instinct for systems, execution and thinking clearly under pressure. Property is not the destination for him. It is the foundation. The vehicle that funds the freedom to build, create and grow on his own terms. Two different motivations. One shared standard.
